Although their campaign has concluded, if you would still like to make a donation to support Women's Club Volleyball, you may always do so here.
We are a group of dedicated undergraduates that have a passion for volleyball. Our organization not only focuses on being a competitive sports club but also focuses on improving intangible skills, such as communication, work ethic, and teamwork. Additionally, our members have made lifelong friendships with their teammates. We have attended/plan to attend multiple tournaments, such as the Kent State Showdown at Kent State University, the Volley FTK Tournament @ the Rock at Slippery Rock University, the Nittany Lion Invitational at Penn State University, as well as hosted our own Home Tournament. We have had such a great season so far and hope to continue our success during the rest of the season.
As a student-run club team, we rely on player dues and fundraising to cover our expenses such as tournament entry fees, jerseys, equipment, transportation, and lodging. As our club continues to grow and be successful, expenses increase, and there is greater need for financial support from outside sources.
Our goal is to bring both of our teams to NCVF National Tournament in Kansas City, MO this year. Though it comes with a high price tag, the National Tournament is one of the biggest collegiate
club sport gatherings in the country! In order to accomplish our goal, we need to raise $4,500 to pay for entry fees, hotels, airfare, and other general expenses our club encounters throughout the year. Any donation will help us reach our goal and are much appreciated!
There are many ways to help PWVC reach our goal. One way is to donate! 100% of your donation goes directly to Pitt Women’s Volleyball Club. You can donate using one of the predetermined levels or choose your own amount. Donations of any size will help tremendously.
You can also help us succeed by spreading the word about our campaign with your family and friends on social media!
