Final Update

May 21, 2016

Now that our crowdfunding campaign has come to a close, we want to take the time to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who donated to our project, who shared in our vision, and who supported our work. We are so excited with the overall success of our campaign, and have already started discussing ideas of new programs we can develop to bring to youth in the Pittsburgh area. Thank you again! It means more to us, and more importantly, the children, than you may know. Once we kick off our summer programs, we will be sure to send out another update with pictures of activities we have implemented thanks to your contribution. From all of use in the Pitt Science Outreach Club- THANK YOU. Hail to Pitt, hail to summer, and hail to science!

Sincerely,

The Pitt Science Outreach Club

One Week In

April 11, 2016

Hello! We are nearly one week into our crowdfunding campaign and would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing donors so far. We have reached over 25% of our goal already! We are so grateful to all of you for your help in supporting our program. Your donations so far will help us to develop two new programs in different scientific disciplines to bring to day camps at local YMCA’s. Specifically, some of these programs will focus on physics experiment, and the functioning of the human body.

Please consider sharing our project with your friends and family. The donations we receive could help us inspire a future cancer researcher, a high school science teacher, or an engineer! Thank you again for your generous donations and we are very excited to start development on these new programs!

Sincerely,

Pitt Science Outreach Club
