Dear Donors,

This past Friday I received an email informing me that The Ronald Vickroy Fund had officially been established.  This wouldn't have been possible without each and every one of YOU!  YOU made generous contributions, YOU helped spread the word to others, and YOU have helped to honor Mr. V. and give back to UPJ business students.

I know that our site says that we raised $17,695 from 117 donors, but there were a few gifts that came in outside of this project site which brought our final total to $23,195!!!  Our project team is overwhelmed and forever grateful for your support.  Thank you so much for joining us in this venture.  You can continue to support the fund or share this with others by following this custom link http://www.giveto.pitt.edu/vickroy .

Good afternoon,

On behalf of The Ronald Vickroy Fund project team, I'd just like to thank each and every donor who has supported this fund.  We have surpassed our initial goal of $10,000 and have exceeded our second goal of $15,000 with 17 days remaining!  

With close to 100 donors, it is clear that Ron (Mr. V.) has had a tremendous impact on so many lives in both the UPJ and Johnstown community.  It is also clear that your generosity will help have a meaningful impact on the lives of many UPJ business students.  Please feel free to continue spreading the word to other alumni, family, and friends as there is still time to give.  

We are overwhelmed and thankful for your response to this project.  More updates to come....

It is thanks to generous donors like YOU that we have exceeded our $10,000 goal with 26 days remaining!  Your contribution has been a touching way to honor a UPJ legend and to help make the lives of future UPJ business students better for generations to come.

We still have 26 days until our campaign wraps up on December 31st and we’d like to keep the momentum going.  Mr. V. never asked his students to give 100% in his class; he always pushed us to give 150% (and then some).  That being said, we're increasing our goal to $15,000, which will help to support even more UPJ business students through The Ronald Vickroy Fund.  Please feel free to share this wonderful news with other alumni, family, and friends to help spread the word.
