Although this project has concluded, if you would still like to make a donation to support Women's Club Ice Hockey, you may always do so here.
Kendall Coyne is #26 on the USA Women’s Olympic team and a color commentator for the San Jose Sharks. She was also the first woman ever to compete in an NHL Skills Competition event. A donation in Kendall’s name will help pay for a player’s uniform socks!
Monique Lamoureux wears #7 and was the assistant captain for the 2018 USA Women’s Olympic team. She and her sister, Jocelyn, played at Shattuck St. Mary where Sidney Crosby played. A donation in Monique’s name will help pay for a player’s uniform jersey!
Meghan Duggan wears #10 and served as a captain on the USA Women’s Olympic team where she was a 3-time medalist. A donation in Meghan’s name will help pay for an EMT for a weekend of games!
Gigi Marvin is #19 on the USA Women’s Olympic team and a player on Boston Pride, a NWHL team. Gigi is from Warroard, Minnesota; the same team where Dave Christian, a former NHL player and 1980 gold medalist, and T.J. Oshie, current NHL player and Stanley Champion, grew up. A donation in Gigi’s name will help pay for the referees for one of our home games!
Maddie Rooney wears #35 and was the goalie for the USA Women’s Olympic team. At the age of 19 and standing at 5’6” she led the 2018 Team USA to a gold medal, where they beat Canada in a shootout. A donation in Maddie’s name will help us pay for another practice slot!
The gold medals won by our Olympic champs weigh in at 500 grams. During the 2018 Winter Olympics, Team USA beat Team Canada 3-2 in an intense shootout. A $500 donation will help pay for our College Hockey East (CHE) League dues for the season!
Jocelyn Lamoureux-Davidson scored the spectacular game-winning goal in the 2018 Winter Olympics. Jocelyn would later tell the media that deke was practiced over and over again and even had a name—she and her sister called it the “Oops, I Did It Again” after the Britney Spears song. This golden goal will help cover 2/3 of a player’s American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) dues for the year!
