Who We Are
We are the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown Softball team. We compete in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). Our team is composed of 19 dedicated, enthusiastic, intelligent, hard-working student-athletes who proudly represent the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown! We are looking to compete on our own home field on campus for the first time in program history.
Our Project
Our Pitt Johnstown Softball program is committed to providing the best possible environment and athletic opportunities for our student-athletes. This is our 10th year as a program, and we are looking to play our first game ever on campus! With renovations being done to our existing practice field we are looking to be able to host a home game for our 2024 season on campus.
As we watch the renovations begin, we are extremely excited for our field, however, there are a few items that will certainly make our field feel like our home. We are launching this fundraiser to help us purchase a windscreen, scoreboard and upgrade our batting cages!
How You Can Help
There are many ways that you can help our team reach our goal! Some of these things include, but are not limited to: making a donation, through your support you can help make our field our home, spreading the word about our campaign – sharing this with family and friends on social media, and most important, cheering us on at our games throughout our season!
We appreciate the support we receive every year and are incredibly thankful for all of you! Thank you for helping us reach our goal, make sure to come out this upcoming season and watch us play the game we love on our new field!
