Our Team
Thanks to the support of our friends and family, the 2022-2023 Lady Panthers had a winning season, had a successful trip to our Colorado and Virginia Tech tournaments, and went to Nationals finishing fourth overall! Kicking off this year’s season, we hosted a fall ball tournament competing against Ohio University and West Virginia! As we are getting ready to get back on the field for the official 2023-2024 spring season, our eyes are set on making our way back to Nationals in May!
Our Project
As members of a large regionally-based conference and an even larger national organization, we travel to different tournaments throughout the spring season to compete with the best. Since we are a club team at the University of Pittsburgh, we receive little funding from the Student Government Board. We work to offset the remaining costs through player dues and fundraising efforts, like team nights at our local restaurants (i.e. Chipotle, Roots, and Piada) and bake sales, as well as canning at Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins games. While we work hard in varying weather conditions, it is simply not enough to cover our expenses for the year. This is where we need your help and support!
Without support from our family, friends, alumni, and fans, we will not be able to attend these necessary tournaments and achieve new victories. We hope to attend major tournaments in the spring, provided we qualify for Regionals and Nationals.

There are many ways you can help your favorite Lady Panthers be successful this season! These include, but are not limited to, donating to our EngagePitt project, spreading the word, sharing our project link, and cheering us on as we start a season that will hopefully be just as successful as last year and years prior!
