We are very excited about going to Honduras in May. Our ultimate goal is to help provide sustainable infrastructural development for the prevention of common illnesses. Recently, this goal was met in the community of Zurzular. By working together, community members and Global Brigades volunteers met their collective objectives, and every home in the community now has an established water system and public health infrastructure. The unity between Zurzular and Global Brigades is what allowed for Zurzular to become the first "sustainably transitioned" community, and we hope to establish a similar connection with the community we work with this summer.

You can have a hand in creating a sustainably transtioned community like Zurzular. With your donations, we will have the manpower and supplies necessary to build eco-stoves and water storage units, and to lay down concrete floors. Our campaign ends on February 23. Please help us reach our goal by making your donation today!
