Dear Donors,
Pitt Figure Skating gives you all a MASSIVE Thank You for donating to our campaign! Your generous contributions have already helped the team in so many ways. Many of the expenses for our competitions including registration fees, lodging expenses, and gas money for all of our skaters have all been waived by our campaign. This has allowed all of our members to partake in competing without any financial burden during our first competition at Liberty University and soon at the University of Delaware. At Liberty, many of our skaters took home medals while experiencing their first intercollegiate competition. It was a very successful weekend for everyone!
Our members are currently training hard to compete at the Blue Hen Ice Classic at the University of Delaware from March 7-8th. We are excited to have the opportunity to showcase our skills one last time for the season with hopes to continue to bring home medals and success for our skaters. Without your help and support, we would not have been able to achieve our goals and had such a successful season, and for that we are so grateful.

There are over 20 skaters on our team who wake up early multiple days a week and are getting new programs choreographed over our holiday break so they are ready to compete in the spring. It is our hope that we may even get to bring home a few more medals this year, but we still need your help. It is still our BIG GOAL to fully fund our competition entry fees and hotel reservations at Liberty University and the University of Delaware for every hard-working skater on our team who wishes to attend.

Our skaters have been waking up very early every morning to get to the rink to practice for 2 hours, and we want to make this season a success not only for our current team, but to show future students looking at Pitt that they can make figure skating a part of their college experience.

This will cover the cost of ice time for three members’ practice sessions each week. Thank you for helping get our skaters on the ice each week for training!
This will cover one entry fee for a member to compete at an intercollegiate competition this year representing the University of Pittsburgh! Thank you for helping our skaters showcase how hard they have worked this year!
$100 will help us cover the cost of lodging while we are away at a competition this year. Thank you for helping us reach our competitive goals while at competition!
A donation of $250 will significantly contribute to the costs associated with competition entry expenses for many of our team members. We greatly appreciate your generous support!
