We’re just one day away from packing up the vans and heading down to Florida! That means our campaign is nearing an end. We currently sit at just above 90% of our goal, and we know that with one final push, the $10,000 mark will be reached.
Enjoy our newest edition of PCB Mic’d Up. This week, we’re featuring Coach Tyler Clark. We handed the sound pack over to him so we could see what it’s like to spend a game coaching first base. We’ll be back tomorrow morning with another PCB Newsletter before hitting the road!

Good Afternoon Everyone!
I’m happy to announce that we have reached our initial goal!!! Thank you to everyone who has been a part of the campaign, your continued and unwavering support of our club is overwhelming.
On the field, when we win the first two games of a series, we know there’s still time to win the third. Winning two out of three games is great, but we want to make the most of every opportunity. We’ve reached our initial goal, but there is still a week left in our campaign. Therefore, we want to win game three: We have raised our EngagePitt goal to $10,000. While ambitious, we know that we can reach this new goal by Monday.
A new video from our series in Maryland will be coming out on Thursday, and the final PCB Newsletter of the campaign will be sent out on Friday. After that, we’ll see you in Florida!

Good Afternoon Everyone!
It’s the second to last campaign update, which means it’s time to push down the final stretch. We are currently at 77% of our goal, and we know we can cover the last 23% over the next 10 days. The best news about the campaign reaching the finish line is it means it is almost time for baseball! The spring season kicks off in Maryland with a doubleheader on Saturday. Make sure to follow our Twitter @PCB_Baseball as well as our team page on GameChanger so you can stay up to date on every pitch throughout the year. As well, game times have been posted on our website through Florida.
This week we wrapped up our media for the spring from the footage we shot a couple weeks back. The final product is awesome, and our Twitter is sure to be the best in the NCBA this spring. With the season so close, we’ve been reminiscing about the sounds that you hear at the ballpark. Whether it’s the crack of the bat, the snap of the glove, or the cheer of the crowd, the audibles of baseball paired with the crisp spring air are incomparable. But there’s another aspect of noise that many forget. Today’s video gives you an inside look at some of the sounds that come from our dugout over the course of a game. They go along with the memories we make throughout the season, and you’re sure to hear many more celebratory WOOOOOOOOs this spring. Enjoy the video, and don’t forget to share our campaign! Good Morning Everyone!
Due to technical issues we were unable to get this week’s update out on Thursday, but with that being said happy Friday! Week four of our campaign is coming to a close and we just crossed the 70% mark of our initial goal! It’s been a great campaign so far, and it’s time to finish strong in these final two weeks. Your support thus far has been incredible and with how widespread the PCB family is, we’re confident we can reach our goal.
This past Sunday was media day for the team, and because of that we didn’t have any available cameras to create a video this week. Enjoy a behind the scenes look at these unedited pictures from media day. We can’t wait for you to see the final products on our social media this spring. Don’t fear, though! Good Afternoon Everyone!
It’s the third week of EngagePitt and we are nearly at 50% of our initial goal! It’s been a great campaign so far, and we’re making great progress. As we approach the halfway point of our fundraiser, we’d love to hit the midpoint of our donation goal. Continue to spread the word to keep us going strong. The winter’s gone by quickly and our players have been working hard during late night practices. Don’t look now, but we are only 16 days away from our first games of the spring against The University of Maryland! Just one week after that, we’ll be headed down to Florida for the NCBA 2020 Spring Training Showcase! Be on the lookout for our player countdown on Twitter and Instagram as we move towards our games in Plant City.
During our time in Florida, we hold our annual PCB P.O. Derby, where our pitcher-onlys get to swing for the fences. This week’s video gives you a look at their batting practice from this past week, a reward for their hard work through practice thusfar. Enjoy it, and we hope to see you at some of our games this spring!
