FreeMarkets Race to the Case
FreeMarkets Race to the Case Competition
"FreeMarkets Race to the Case SCM Case Competition" at the University of Pittsburgh challenges undergraduate students from regional universities to compete for the best solution to a supply chain management case. Students learn to apply their business judgment and supply chain problem solving skills as their teams develop and communicate their analytical results and recommendations. The competition is hosted by Pitt’s Center for Supply Chain Management, and it is a “race to the case” as each phase of the competition is located in a different building on Pitt’s campus.
Your support helps get more students from more schools participating, lowers the financial cost for students, funds the attractive awards and expands the networking and career mentoring programming of the event.
With this case competition, FreeMarkets Alumni can give back to the next generation of Supply Chain Management professionals in a meaningful and exciting way. Alumni are also encouraged to assist the Center with case development and program execution. Please contact the Center for Supply Chain Management for more information.
