Campaign over...$6,070 thanks to you!!!

November 02, 2017

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our campaign!!! You are the best!

With your help, we will be able to attend our National tournament this year.  We could not have done it without you.  Watch the video below to hear a message from a few members of the team!

Last Day to Donate!

November 01, 2017

It's just past Halloween AND the campaign is almost over! Are you as scared as Kalle is? Don't worry, because you can still donate until MIDNIGHT TONIGHT! We have just $415 left to raise to meet our goal and take 9 gymnasts to Nationals!

Thank you so much to everyone who has already contributed. We are so grateful and can't wait for Nationals! (Last year we were so excited, we couldn't even stop hand-standing to take the escalators!) https://engage.pitt.edu/gymnastics

Campaign Ends in 2 Days!

October 30, 2017

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far! We only have 2 days left until the end of our campaign and we hope that you continue to support us on our journey to Nationals!

Visit our EngagePitt site to make a donation! https://engage.pitt.edu/gymnastics

Please share our campaign with family and friends to help us spread the word. Thank you so much for supporting Pitt Club Gymnastics!

Goal Reached...Again!

October 27, 2017

Wow! We are incredibly excited to announce that we have surpassed yet another goal! (Maybe even more excited than we are about two of our gymnasts, Grace and Caroline, working side aerials and front tosses on beam this week.)

Thank you to all of our supporters who are helping to make Nationals a reality for each and every one of our eager gymnasts. We still have 5 days left in the campaign so we cannot stop just yet! At this point we have raised just over 6 gymnasts’ cost of attending Nationals paid in full. Can you help us get to 9 so Grace and Caroline can debut their new tricks? Let’s keep up this momentum and try to raise an extra $1,000 this week. It’s ambitious, but we are confident that with your help, we can do it!

If you’re wondering how you can get involved, please click visit our campaign page to make a tax-deductible donation to the Club Gymnastics team or spread the word among friends and family who might be interested in supporting our team. Thank you in advance! Stay tuned for updates as our campaign nears the grand finale.

3 Weeks In, 1 More to Go!

October 24, 2017

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! After our 3rd week of fundraising we have received $4,760!  We only have 1 week to go to reach our goal of $5,000 and we hope that you continue to support us on our journey to nationals.  Thank you for your support and remember to help us spread the word by sharing our campaign with friends and family!

Now for a fun fact! In gymnastics we do a lot of tricks like round-offs, twists, and overshoots, that involve rotating. Despite common belief, the direction of the rotation and your handedness (that is if you're a righty or lefty) are completely unrelated! Our gymnast Lysia is a perfect example!  Check out the video below.

Goal Reached & Gymnast Spotlight: Claire Mosher

October 19, 2017

A huge thank you to all of our donors so far! We are so excited to announce that our goal of $3,000 has been reached! We want to keep up this momentum and raise the goal to $5,000. With these extra funds, we will be able to offset the out-of-pocket cost each gymnast must pay to attend Nationals.

We cannot reach this new goal without your help! If you have not already done so, please consider donating to the Club Gymnastics Team and help us get to Texas this spring. Again, thank you so much for all of the support! We could not be the team we are without you.

We would also like to introduce you to this weeks spotlight gymnast, Claire Mosher! She is a sophomore chemical engineering student! She's from King of Prussia and has been doing gymnastics for 12 years.

Fun Fact!

October 16, 2017

Our teammate Mackenzie used to live in Japan and did gymnastics there for 6 years! Now she flips between school here in Pittsburgh and her home in Luxembourg.

A big thank you goes out to everyone who has already donated to our EngagePitt Campaign. We are a little over half way to our goal of raising $3,000!

Meet Freshman Sterling Sandler!

Sterling is one of the many amazing new freshman we are lucky to have on the team this year. She is from New Jersey and has been doing gymnastics for 14 years. Her dedication to the sport continues to shine through our club program!

We are excited to send our freshman to their first Nationals! As well as our entire team as we continue to work on our routines tirelessly in preparation! Pitt Club Gymnastics Fun Fact: Week 1

Fun fact of the day: One of our gymnasts, Helena Hall, was a member of the USA Acrobatics National team!! She joined our team this year and we are so happy to have her!

Introducing the President of Pitt Club Gymnastics, Kalle Princiotto!

Kalle is currently a senior and has been doing gymnastics since the age of 6. The majority of our team is made up of individuals who began gymnastics at a young age and have dedicated a large portion of their lives to the sport.

We are all so excited to have the ability to continue doing the sport that we love in college! Help send Kalle to her last Nationals and support our team by clicking “Give Now”!
